I am absolutely stunned that I have to say good-bye to another colleague and friend this year. The Staff and I at District Court are extremely saddened by the sudden loss of Constable Mark Bassano. Mark was an elected Constable from Carnegie. He was not only a great Constable but fantastic human being. Mark was fixture at many community and school events providing security for all us.
