Grayson Chrisley was involved in a Serious Car Accident
The Chrisley Knows Best star, Grayson Chrisley wrecked his vehicle after he rear-ended another truck on the interstate in Nashville last Saturday. He was driving his Ford F-150 on I-65 in Nashville on November 19, 2022, at around 5:30 PM.
He then drove into the back of a Dodge pickup truck that was stopped at a crowded traffic stop. Grayson’s impact made the truck rear-end into another vehicle that was in front of him. Both drivers including Grayson were injured in the car accident.
However, only Todd and Julie’s son was rushed to the hospital as he was injured severely. He even received an injury to his head.

Was Grayson Chrisley badly injured in the car accident?
Yes. Grayson Chrisley was severely injured in the car accident that took place last weekend. He was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. The cops revealed that he could not recall anything about the accident, possibly due to a head injury.
The cops also revealed that the driver of the other vehicle also received several injuries. However, his condition was better than that of Grayson. He was also taken to the hospital but was released shortly after the treatment of his wounds.
