An established rapper from Memphis, Tennessee, Big Scarr unexpectedly passed away at the age of 22 on Thursday, December 22nd, 2022. Gucci Mane revealed his passing and penned a heartfelt Instagram post. Big Scarr was supposed to join Key Glock on tour as part of Gucci Mane’s “Glockoma Tour 2023” after signing a record deal with the rapper’s record company.

In Memphis, Tennessee, Big Scarr, was born on April 7, 2000. He works for 1017 Records, owned by Gucci Mane, and was most known for his collaboration with Tay Keith, Foogiano, and Pooh Shiesty on the song “SoIcyBoyz.” Scarr was one of nine kids who grew up in South Memphis’ Magnolia neighborhood. Up to the age of thirteen, he stayed with his grandparents. After his mother passed away from lung cancer, he moved in with his father.
When Woods was 16 years old, he was involved in a car accident and was thrown through a friend’s windscreen. He made his debut on July 2020 with a song titled, ‘So Icy Summer’. He was supposed to appear between March and April 2023 as part of the Key Glock Glockoma tour, according to his most recent Instagram post. Scarr also mentioned that tickets were already available in his statement.

In 2021’s Big Grim Reaper, Big Scarr rolled out his debut mixtape, which also features Gucci, Fogiano, Pooh Shiesty, and producer Tay Keith. The rapper was shot in the hip that same year he debuted (2020), and the bullet fired by someone then traveled to his chest, according to his official website. The rap artist said:
“I was moving, so the bullet kept moving too.” “In order to rescue me, the doctors had to divide me in half. They had to remove my appendix since my internal organs were damaged, allowing me to once again walk. However, I recovered and bounced back far more quickly than I anticipated.”
