She was the President and CEO of Bountiful Blessings, Incorporated, and the widow of COGIC Presiding Bishop GE Patterson. Evangelist Louise Patterson was an amazing woman of God who devoted her life to spreading the gospel. Evangelist Louise Patterson was the wife of Bishop Gilbert Earl Patterson and she was born on January 27, 1940. She was a dedicated member and a licensed evangelist within the COGIC denomination. Evangelist Patterson impacted the lives of many people through her work as an evangelist. She was known for her passion and love for God. She was a role model to many women and men who looked up to her and was known for working with the youth and young adults.

In 1967, Patterson graduated from LeMoyne-Owen College in Memphis, TN with a Bachelors Degree in business administration. Afterward, she became the first woman to work in the Shelby County Tax Assessor’s office. What was her cause of death? Was she terminally Ill? Covid? What??? They say she died the same day she was released from the hospital. Did the doctors not know she was close to death? I really liked her and she was definitely different from other First Ladies. Sad!
