According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, this shocking accident happened at 3:30 a.m. in the area of US Highway 17 and SC Highway 707. The official says a 2002 Toyota Camry car was traveling south on US Highway 17, went over the right side of the road, and over-corrected, causing the vehicle to overturn.
The driver of the car died after being carried to an area hospital. The Horry County Coroner’s Office recognizes the victim as a 28-year-old woman named Morgan Goodall-Scott, from Conway. No further details were immediately available, but their investigation into the car crash is ongoing.
