Klindt is also a famous member of the 2018’s treble-winning team of Workington Comets. He rode 36 matches for the squad then and finished with an average of 7.78. He joined King’s Lynn Stars for the SGB Premiership in 2022 and renewed his contract the following year.

“He is a really nice guy and was an integral member of our treble-winning team both on and off the track. He has been riding really well in all Leagues this year and I am gutted for him.”

Two other drivers- Oliver Bentzon and Francis Gusts were involved in the crash which severely injured Nicolai Klindt. However, they escaped the accident with heavy bruising and without any life-threatening injuries.

Gusts has complained of a headache as h was launched into the air during the crash and landed on his back. He will be discharged on Wednesday while Berntzon will reportedly leave the medical facility on Monday.
