Natalea was a former Miss Tygart’s Valley’s Outstanding Teen and the current Teenage Miss Majorette of West Virginia. Who was Natalea Mumaw?

Natalea Mumaw was born on January 21, 2005, in Grafton, West Virginia to her loving parents, Mark and Julie Mumaw. She was raised alongside her older sister, Mallory, and her younger brother, Noah. From a young age, Natalea had a passion for dance and twirling. She was a member of the Grafton High School band and a majorette for the West Virginia University Marching Band. Natalea’s talent and dedication to her craft led her to become a two-time West Virginia state champion majorette and to be named Teenage Miss Majorette of West Virginia in 2022.

How did Natalea Mumaw die? What was the cause of her death?

On April 16, 2023, Natalea’s life was tragically cut short in a car accident on the Hume Highway north of Goulburn. According to reports, a two-vehicle collision occurred on the northbound lanes of the highway. Natalea was one of the passengers in one of the vehicles. Despite the efforts of EMS, Natalea passed away at the site of the accident. Her death has been a shock to her family, friends, and the community at large.
